By Jim Magnuson, Beaver Dam, WI:
I remember it like it was yesterday. To see the band at the absolute crest of the wave. "Highway to Hell", "Back in Black", re-release of "Dirty Deeds", "For those...". Regrettably, I didn't see Bon but Brian's voice in great form. Mal & Cliff and Phil in the back... Pre- MTV so you didn't know what to expect then...
Here comes the Bell and Angus. What can I say, to see him when he was literally all over the stage, falling down, coffee-grinder, duck-walking, the tour around the arena. I have a clipping from the show where the guy said he hadn't seen a concert where EVERYONE knew every song within 1-2 chords. They played 2 sold out shows and its a shame I couldn't see Night #2... Saw them 12 more times, last in MSP in 2000 but nothing compares to November 1981.
