Tana Douglas was sixteen when she took her first job as a roadie with AC/DC in Melbourne. Now recognized as the world's first female roadie, Tana has worked alongside some of rock 'n' roll's biggest names in a career spanning three continents and more than 30 years.
In "Loud," Tana gives a very rare and fascinating insight on how the band worked in the very early days, getting on board as full time crew member just after Bon had joined the band in late 1974. She was there for many of the band's firsts: first TV appearance on Countdown, first album, first hit single, first proper tour...
Her highly recommended book "Loud" is now available for sale in the US and UK:
