This was the only concert I ever attended at this arena, what a crazy scene for a 16 year old kid. I loved every second of it. A friend of mine gave me an AC/DC 8 track about a year before this show and I was crazy about the band. UFO was a no show, would have enjoyed seeing their show, but that was not to be. This was a general admission show and we managed to fight our way to center stage-front row. AC/DC performed for about an hour and it was pure foot stomping rock n roll fucking magic. We only stayed about a 1/2 hour into poor Foreigner, not a very good live act, certainly couldn't follow these lads. I saw AC/DC twice more with Bon at the helm and can honestly say I've never seen a better band since. No one really compares.

I was 13 yrs old when I attended this concert. It was amazing! I was right up against the stage. It was body to body with the smoke so thick that everybody was feeling really great! lol Bon Scott was singing and during one song, he turned and mooned the audience! One of my most memorable moments is that I got to see Bon Scott's buns! lol My husband is a great AC/DC fan and I brag about it to him all the time! It was a great concert!

Well, just floored there is a forum on this. I was there (1977) with my best HS mates. Man, what a show. 1st real concert. Best memory - Bon carrying Angus on shoulders all around perimeter of Hara. One of my best friends, Ronnie (RIP), ran down to touch the sweaty tandem and made it thru security team - at least for a moment of pure magic. He got thrown back, but no worse for it and made memories for us all. Foreigner not so good that night. AC/DC - AWESOME!!
