    By Vanessa, Krefeld, Germany:
It was the second Black Ice show I have been to within a month :)! I just can say that it was worth the nearly 2 and a half hour drive from Germany and the whole stress with the tickets. (Got them 3 days before and I had already thought that it wouldn't run!)
The show was just awesome, stand next to the "Catwalk", so I saw Angus and Brian at close range :). And the guitar solo during Let There Be Rock was beyond words. So it didn't matter that the sound wasn't so good sometimes, the guitars were a bit too loud and the vocals were a bit too low.
Altogether, it was a fantastic show and I hope that they will come again one day:)!!!
That I felt absolutely knocked out the next day (I was at home at 3 am and had to get up at 6 am) made no difference I just can say again that it was worth the whole thing!!

I went with my wive to this concert. She isn't an AC/DC fan, but she found the concert amazing. The show, but also the music and especially Angus. I hope they will come back. I'm a fan from the beginning and I will be till I die.
    Thanks for this great show.

The show was alright but the evening was disappointing.
The sound on the floor was so bad. If you can't produce a good sound: don't play, people will always remember this.

I'm glad that I have seen them in March in Ahoy. One of the best shows I have ever seen.

What a show, must I say. My first AC/DC show and I'm blown away. The sound (as always) in the Arena isn't that good, but I was on the Arena floor and there the sound was o.k. for me. I hope to see them again soon.

it was a great show. The sound wasn't always good but Angus was the man of the evening. Never saw such a long solo when they play let there be rock.

    For those about to rock......SALUTE

One night in Amsterdam called the Arena
There was a fabulous rocking band
    And the music was GOOD
    The music was LOUD
BRIAN turned and he said to the crowd
    LET THERE BE ROCK !!!!

    AMAZING

What an unbelievable show! The audience was really into it which made it even better. I met some new AC/DC fans--for some it was their first AC/DC concert. I told them they were in for the experience of a lifetime and the guys did not let us down! They were in top form and just rocked us all night long--or at least for about two hours. Highlight for me was Thunderstruck--I had a Texas flag with me and the crowd around me encouraged me to wave it around, but especially during this one. I had some pretty decent seats which helped make this show a bit better for me than the Paris show where we were directly in front of the stage, but given the stage set up, pretty far away.

No changes in the song list, so I knew what to expect, but for the newbies around me, they were just as blown away as I was. It's really cool that AC/DC never seems bored with performing their set, amazing how fresh the material seems when the boys rip into each number. Anyone whose ever been to an AC/DC concert knows that with each song, they’re coming for you—guitars and drums blazing. The camera work was way better than in Paris and all the closeups showed each of the band members working hard for us, but at the same time, you could see they were having a great time. Brian was mugging to the crowd in his inimitable way--you could see the crowd surging around the stage every time he came close to them. Angus drove us all nuts, too, his unbelievable guitar work just amazing.

A couple of people had told me the sound quality in the Arena was bad, but I didn't hear any problems. It was good and LOUD, but no distortion or cut outs apparent. For both the Paris and Amsterdam shows, Angus played the Let There Be Rock (first) guitar solo on a large square platform at the end of the extension from the stage so that he's about center of the stadium playing field. Then a riser comes up from that platform above the crowd where he amazes us all with his ability to play anywhere. At the end of that portion, a huge explosion of confetti erupts, showering those around the platform. Really cool effect!

The downside of knowing the song list is that as each song is played, we're closer to the end of the concert. I really felt that this time--more than in Paris. All the hits had everybody jumping up and down, singing at the top of our lungs, but nothing can top the sequence from Let There Be Rock through For Those About To Rock in terms of pure rock showmanship and bravura. What a fantastic, unbelievable rush! The crowd was wild, cheering non-stop. Just makes you wish you could see them in concert again. My plan is to definitely see them again—come on back to Texas, guys!

Big fan of AC/DC since 1978, my first live show of the best band in the world, it was an awesome experience, wish they can have an tour to South Africa, absolutely excellent.
