This was my first AC/DC concert, I was only 19, and there had been a stabbing and some rioting at the Wellington concert, so to tell you the truth I was a bit scared, being a skinny white boy, with a "take no shit" attitude.
But all was good. the vibe was awesome.
We were running slightly late as we got to caught up in the pre-concert prime up, so as we're running down this passage way we hear ahh ahh ahh ahhhhh, (thats me trying to type the beginning of thunder struck)
So we burst on to the field right up the front at the side of the stage, just in time to mosh our way to the middle of the stage for the 1st song. It just got better and better, the bells, the cannon, awesome is the only word I can use to describe it. (and I don't use that word lightly)
I can't wait to see them again in NZ on the 2010 tour, I've even started to grow a mullet and went and bought a pair of skin tight black jeans... I can't wait..
