Incredible...I was 16 years old and my older sister took me to the show. They were the third act and blew away all the other bands. Seeing Bon Scott live will be a cherished moment in my life. During the concert they announced their new album that was going to be released... Highway To Hell. They actually played the song and everyone was blown away. I was blessed to catch the two concerts in the Bay Area under their Black Ice Tour.

I wish them the best and long live Bon Scott.

Spent the night on the BART overpass for general admission to the show. Aerosmith was sloppy, Ted Nugent was predictable. AC/DC was the best act even though they were considered "openers". Very cool to hear Highway to Hell played before it was even on the radio. Video of the concert can be found on YouTube.

Three of us spent the night across the street from the main gate, in my 1969 opal GT along with 4 cases of beer which we sold to buy shirts! Crazy place for 3 girls to park!
I LOVE AC/DC - I wasn't more than 10' from the stage! Angus Young, wow!!!! I Was so fascinated by the way he plays, his foot always in time with the rhythm of the song, I couldn't take my eyes off of him! At least until I heard Bon Scott's voice on ''The Jack''
My favorite song! I'm honored to have seen him sing my song live! His voice is irreplaceable! Would have liked to hear ''If you want blood...'' along with many other songs not on the set list! But, ''Highway to hell'' blew me away! Disappointed in Aerosmith they were drunk half way through their set! I thought Ted Nugent would be larger than life, not! Poor performance on Stranglehold! Best performance, AC/DC!!!

It was my third time seeing AC/DC. Some people reviewed Ted Nugent as boring or just average. He comes onto the stage wearing a Tarzan loin cloth holding a rope on top of the stage scaffolding with his guitar on his back. He jumps from about 40 feet up onto the stage... Awesome!!!!!!! He put on a really good (but not great) set. Back to AC/DC. The set that the adhere said they did miss Whole Lotta Rosie and Highway To Hell. During Whole Lotta Rosie Bon Scott picked up Angus and put him on his shoulders. Very, very cool. I saw them again in September at the Oakland Auditorium on their official Highway To Hell tour. I’ve seen AC/DC five times. All with Bon Scott.
