AC/DC most certainly did perform at this gig.
Along with the British Lions comprising of a few former members of Mott The Hoople.
I had previously watched AC/DC perform at Tiffany's in Gt. Yarmouth the previous year and both concerts were excellent.
I was about three feet from the front of the stage at the Vauxhall gig and the sound was incredibly loud.
Can't remember the set list, and neither do I still have a ticket, but all the usual songs from that era were on the list including some from the new Powerage album.
Brilliant concert as were the others which I saw up until about 1982.

Having had my ears blasted from there to kingdom come, I can confirm they definitely performed at the Vauxhall Caravan Park, Lord knows why, I expect the lack of record is because they wanted to erase it from their memory banks. A more bizarre venue you could not imagine, really low ceiling with tiles, many of which came down.

Vauxhall Holiday Park, it was rammed full, very hot and smokey. Angus rode around the audience on Bon Scotts back, blasting the SG... It was a night I will always remember, thank you AC/DC.

Ac/Dc played a great set at this venue. In fact one of the best gigs I've been to. Hard to believe that this band used to play in a holiday camp.

My friend Jim and I got as close to the front as we could. This was an absolutely incredible gig with a band totally on fire. The low ceiling created this intensely intimate gig, where bodies writhed about. I recall Angus surfing on the crowd and I had never seen such an amazing live show. As others have commented, very memorable indeed.
